Terms and Conditions of Sale

This document (the "Terms") sets out the rules that apply to every transaction between:
Cellumove USA, which runs the online store at cellumoveusaleggings.com (the "Seller"), and any person or business that buys from the store (the "Customer").
1. Purpose
The Terms explain how the Seller sells its merchandise through the online store, including anti-cellulite leggings, targeted treatments, and related accessories.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an order at cellumoveusaleggings.com, the Customer agrees fully and without reservation to these Terms. The Customer confirms having read them before finalizing the purchase.
3. Products
We describe and show our items as faithfully as we can. Slight differences can occur between the photos and the item you receive. Everything we sell is made at a partner factory in Asia that follows strict hygiene rules and fair labor standards.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices on the store include all taxes. Shipping costs nothing on any order. Customers pay online using the secure payment options offered at checkout (credit card, etc.).
5. Orders
The Customer picks items, reviews the cart, and pays. Once the order is accepted, a confirmation email is sent out.
6. Delivery
Shipments leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. Transit time depends on where the parcel is going (usually 3 to 14 working days). The Seller is not responsible for late deliveries caused by events beyond its control or by problems at the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
The Customer may cancel the purchase and return the item within 14 days after the product is received.
To qualify for a return, the Customer must first send the request by email to contact@cellumoveusaleggings.com. Items sent back must be unused and in the condition in which they were delivered, in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase. The cost of shipping the return is paid by the Customer. A $30 restocking fee may apply and would be subtracted from the refund. Please note that the Seller may decline refunds on discounted products or on products bought during special promotions.
When a return is approved, the refund is issued within 14 days after the returned item arrives and has been checked.
8. Warranties and Liability
Products carry the statutory guarantees against non-conformity and hidden defects. The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of a product or for indirect losses.
9. Personal Data Protection
The Seller commits to safeguarding the Customer's personal information in line with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Information is never sold or passed on to others unless the Customer agrees.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms fall under the laws of the United States. If a dispute arises, the parties will try to settle it amicably first. If that does not work, the competent courts will decide the matter.
