Free Shipping

Every order placed through our store ships at no charge.

Order Processing

We usually prepare orders in 1 to 3 working days from the time we get them. When your package leaves our warehouse, an email confirming the shipment and carrying your tracking details will reach you.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, packages take between 3 and 21 working days to arrive. Actual timing can differ based on where you live and may stretch during busy seasons (sales events, holidays, etc.).

Order Tracking

After your package ships, a tracking number is emailed to you, and you can watch its progress on the carrier’s own website.
Your order status is also available on our store in the “Track My Order” section.

Missing Items

Should something be absent from your package, get in touch right away at:

We will fix the problem as fast as we can, by sending the missing piece or proposing a fitting replacement.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds are not issued until the package has reached the customer.
To send back an item you have received, follow our Return Policy. After we receive and check the returned item, the refund is released, less any fees that apply.
